Calorie Chart!
Hey bros,
I went in the cutting diet the I got from the forum this week, But I still don't have a chart with all the specifications.. Calories, Protein, Carbs, Fat from each food. I think that is very important to have...
Any suggestion where I could get one, I already tried google and the south beach diet book.. South beach diet doesn't specify protein, only calories, carbs and fat!!

BUt what if is rice, or meat...That's really what i'm looking for!!

Rice is 150 kcals and 5 gms pro per 1/2 cup (dry). Meat is dependant on what type:
4 oz Chicken 125 cals/ 25 gms pro
6 oz tuna 200 cals/ 30 gms pro
4 oz 4% lean ground beef 150 cals/ 25 gms pro
4 oz 98% lean ham 100 cals/ 21 gms pro
and on and on and on.................
