I dont know why anyone would pay for diet and training advice. If you spent a few hours reading here and doing a little writing you could do it yourself and be able to understand why things are done in a certain way, not just because xxxx says so.

I posted my diet on here yesterday and didnt get much input except that my AAS and Gh therapy were subpar. Maybe I just need to give it more time?

Swole Cat definately knows his stuff, but from researching and reading threads you should be able to plan a diet for yourself.

His diets are debatable, I've seen ppl both lose great deal of muscle on his diets and others who have done pretty well using his methods.
Agreed, research is the best way to succeed.

We're not saying don't hire him, just giving you suggestions on what would be more beneficial to you in the long run, I'm sure SC would appreciate your business.
You'll deff get much quicker results hiring a dietician like SC over doing the research, but after you're done with his diet you'll be right back where you started.

whether you hire a dietitian or not just make sure you understand what you are doing. if you dont get something just post a question in the appropriate forum, you will have much more success if you understand why you are eating certain foods at certain times instead of just following what someone tells you.

If you understand.. you'll be able to apply it to yourself in future.
