I would cross off yoghurts (high in sugar) and fruit (high in sugar) and definately cross off snacks.

    beast, will do with yogurt...

by snacks I mean meal #2 between breakfast and lunch, which will pry be my PWO shake of whey....and meal #4 between lunch and dinner....or should I be 3 meals daily vs. 6 small portions?

You can cut on donuts if you're still calorie deficient.

Why not just list healthy foods instead?

agreed, not sure how much muscle would be retained though!!!

6 small meals is the way to go mate.

Basically any foods could be used but for maximum results some foods would be optimal.
    i.e white bread Vs Wholegrain
sausage Vs chicken and EFA oil
