Sugar
I'm trying to keep my intake of sugars low, however lack of sugar is known to mess with your mood.. any suggestions for healthy snacks (with sugar) to include in a diet? I know fruit is good, but some also have many grams of carbs.

sugar and healthy don't mix.
substitute sugar with things like s/f soda, crystal light, splenda etc.

No, he meant Sugar is a form of carb, ie High Glycemic Carb
So, in summary
fruit = sugar = high GI carbs = not good for diet (unless PWO with protein)

Splenda is great, I love to put it in my oats with some cinnamon(sp?).

Sugar in the morning with fruit and PWO only. The only other time I have any sugar is at night because its in my cottage cheese but only 2gs

The only time I have sugar is PWO as well, it is acutally dextrose, but that is basically the same as sugar.
