    Question Flax oil or 3*6*9 blend????


    I went to get some Flax oil and the person working there said its better to get a blend of 3*6*9 of different oils. Most everyong on here seems to be taking Flax or Fish oil. Which is better? Thanks

    Would depend on how much ***** 6 and 9 is in your diet already.

    If you have a decent intake of those - then i would go with flax oils for more ***** 3 content.

    Flax seems to work great with me, if you get flax make sure to get the oil and not the pills.
