Need to lose muscle for an acting role

So heres the deal.....i weigh 190-195 i have an audition coming up for this role where i have to play a rockstar........i need to drop muscle weight and probably get down to around 175 really skinny and lean what i have been doing is taking a weight that i can do high reps of then cutting down my rest time between sets to 35 seconds max....so if i can do 20 reps to start it drops down to about 8-10 real quickly but its not a heavy weight....also after my workouts i have been doing 30-40 minutes of the stairmaster any input anyone has maybe some ideas ive never had to lose muscle before and its hard thanks

t3 wiould probably help with that. I would seriously ask is it worth it though. Think how long it took to gain the muscle. I would say you can have a rock star with muscles or you can **** off!

do a few hours of cardio at once, after about the first 45-60 minutes, your body will start feeding on your muscles for energy.....

    Good luck with the part

    Yeah..not too difficult.

    Some pretty decent doses of T3 only..Low cal/carb diet....NO weights..lots of cardio.

Everyone else pretty much covered it.

That would drive me mad though

well bro... i used to live out in los angeles for pretty much the same reason and they told me to drop weight too... but, if they like ur look good enough then they will give it to u. you should rly just keep the weight on and just tell ur agent to cast you for jock rules and tough super hero characters. lol.... action star man... be an action star, that way u can still be a big dude.
