0 carb cheat days?
I switched my cutting diet to a more balanced diet but I stil would like to increase my calories to maint. once a week. Would having keto type foodson a cheat day minimize the damage. Things like cheese, eggs, ect. We are only talking 2800 calories on Sunday.

why make it keto only??? If you stay within your maint cals then a cheat day with any foods wouldn't kill you.

Actually I think all keto cheat day would be worse. You want the rise in insulin o from carbs from a hormonal perspective. Also, Fat is the easiest macro to be converted to fat, it's that simple. Carbs and Protein take more time and energy to be converted into adipose.

If you are not doing a strict keto diet, you cannot have a keto-day because in one day you cannot go in ketosis... It is just a really fat day!
