    is this ok bulk diet

    male 6'0 160 lbs looking to pack on some weight when i start training again. I didnt do the calculations this is just a rough guess wondering how it looks?

    Breakfast:
    - 20 grams whey protein shake in milk
    - 2 Cups of oatmeal
    - 1 Bagel
    - I need a substitue for 3 eggs because i dont like eggs
    - Hand ful of cashews

    Lunch:
    -1 turkey breast/buger on whole wheat bread
    -1 hamburger
    -salad
    -yogurt

    Before w/o:
    -1 Apple
    -1 pbj on wheat bread
    -20 grams whey 10 grams casien pro shake

    After w/o:
    -30 grams whey 20 grams casein shake with 100 grams carbs dextrose only?
    -A gatorade
    -turkey sandwhich

    Dinner:
    -Chicken breast/steak/shrimp/pork
    -1 baked potatoe
    -salad
    -Yogurt

    Late nite snack:
    -40 grams casien only shake
    -1 pbj on wheat

    diet needs work bro. Visit the diet forum. You might want to add some tuna in there and brown rice. Your breakfast is looking real slim in calories. My breakfast is as follows : 4 slices toast (brown bread) / 3 boiled eggs / 2 cups oats / orange juice / shake / 2 bannanas.

    Also for you luch you have turkey burger ? Im guessing its of the frozen variety ? anyway id give that a miss cos you dont know what else is inthat stuff. You should buy fresh meats and freeze if necessary. Like i said before, visit the diet forum and you shold find loads more information

    breakfast looks like too many cals to me bro. thats got to be around 1000 cals and at one sitting 1000 cals is never a benefit...but u will get heavier

    edited part:
    and the cashews is stupid. youre eating over 100 grams of carbs and then downing some fatty nuts? drop the nuts and either the bagel or oats. i would stick with oats

    I don't like the diet either, but I've seen mixed opinions on carbs/fats for breakfast. Some say go with high GI carbs in the AM and others say go with the majority of your carbs + fat in the AM besides PWO.
    Doesn't have much to do with "this" diet but just wanted to point that out for discussion.
