    No-Fat Yogurt

What is everyone's opinion of non-fat yogurt. I usually eat Yoplait. 170 calories, no fat, lot of sugar though.

I'd stay away if you're cutting. Bulking, fine...

Dairy gives me a soft look and I'm lactose-intolerant so I stray away but yogurt is damn good...

Non- Fat plain Yogurt is a great protein and carb source. Often time I use Yogurt, Granola and honey as a pre workout meal.

The problem with most 'no-fat' meals is that the fat makes it taste kind of good. So what do they do? Up the sugar substantially. If you can get sugar free yogurt then go for it.. otherwise, use it for f/p meals.
