    Ok for PWO

Trying to lose some body fat and gain some muscle so this is what I plan to start having PWO.
    2 scoops optimum whey protein
    4 scoops powdered gatorade
    3 rice cakes

    Cal-620g
    Fat-5 g
    Pro-51 g
    Carb-104g

Let me know if this sounds OK.

Oh yea someone on this board posted about using the vanilla protein and the lemon-lime instant gatorade. That's the best damn thing I've ever drank. Thank you

Doesn't look ideal for cutting. I'd just go with whole foods, forget the spike.

Back off of the carbs some. Most people that I know don't intake that many PWO carbs while bulking. Let alone cutting. I can't tell you what works best for you, so you'll have to tamper with that yourself as far as the type of carbs for PWO are concerned. Just use the fit/feel/appearance scale to see how you're body fat is changing (or not) over the next few weeks so that you can tailor your diet according to your goals.

    Good luck!

Im with my man Mavs on this all the way. Carbs are pretty high, not to say they are OVERBOARD, but like Mavs said not ideal. I dont use that many when Im bulking and I can almost bet I got a lot more LBM on me than you do.

I though what I've been reading was to go with a 1:2 ratio for pwo so that what I was trying to do. I will cut out the rice cakes and one scoop gatorade that will put carbs at 55 grams. How does that sound?

Better imo. But I mean do what suits you, play around with the numbers for a few weeks and see what works best for YOU.

Thanks Bino. I'm trying to follow the lean mass sticky that mike posted minus a few calories. I don't really want to consume 3000 calories trying to stay around 2200-2500. I don't really do that much physical labor during the day so I thought 3000 was too many for me. One of these days I will actually get a diet together as of now I just try and eat 6 small meals through out the day and watch what I eat.

Hey man its all good. Not everyone is trying to be a bodybuilder. Just be happy you are doing the best you can. Look around you and I bet you see a bunch of fat slobs as thats where the majority of society has gone to. Staying fit an healthy is the main thing. So do what you can man and be happy.
