    Need help. Cant gain a pound.

    hey guys. i have been eating healthy like baked chicken, fish , etc. and food filled with protein. i got on and off with creatien supplement and protein supplements. i work out 5 times a week for football during classes with our trainer and then i do my cardio at track. no matter what i cant gain a pound i need some serious help!! thanks.

    you also need a good intake of carbs and fat. check out the bulking sticky at the top of the diet forum to get a good idea of how to bulk. you have to take in more calories than you expend. then post up a sample diet of what your diet is, and people will critique it for you.

    Yep go to the bulking sticky design a diet up and post it. Then we can critique it for you.

    only way to gain weight is eat more. start upping those cals and the weight will come.

    Try to write down everything you eat in a day and post it up. Include the macros (fats, pro, cho) and add your stats to it (height, weight, bf%, age). That'll help us see where youre going wrong. More than likely, youre not eating near enough.

    Remember bro...you are young and can afford to eat more than people who are older....so eat...don't count calories....that will get you in trouble....eat when you are hungry and just eat balanced, clean, wholesome meals........make sure you get in enough protein each day, but the carbs and fats are going to put the size you need.......your carb intake should be 2x as much as your protein..........lift heavy!

    eat when u are hungry? um thats true but dude he needs to eat when hes not hungry too.

    and yeah u need more carbs
