Good calorie web site
A couple years ago, I used calorie king, but now you have to join and it seems complicated.
Is there a site out there that is simple? Punch in a food and get results without all the noise?
Thanks.

I'm not sure who you're talking about? If you're 250 and stand about my height then I'd love to bounce ideas off of you.
Show me some pics.

Thanks, I see what u mean about cal king.... used to be a way better format,, or ,,, holy shit.. maybe I am just having a hard time dealing with the change??? HAHA..
Fit day was good too.
I can't find one thing on quaker oats that even comes close to the large bags I buy at Costco. IT just seems the sites aren't accurate when I compare something I have sitting right in front of me.

I asked what he meant by that, and he said:
"Yeah. No arms, legs, shoulders.. just lats. Stingray's got the biggest lats of all creatures."
I dropped a dumbell to laugh on that one.
