    food,cycle quistion

    What all do i need to eat when on cycle to get the most out of as?? Just a lot of high protien foods like 2 grams per body weight?? Also how much carbs,fats and such. Im 5'11'' 240# not real fat but could lose some weight just a big guy all around. I want to cut fat but put on soild mass. More of a powerlifter than bodybuilder. I am going to be taking 25mg d bol a day test prop 100 mg eod and deca 400mg per wek

    Post this over in the diet forum and do some research there...

    Should have the food thing worked out why before you thought about cycle.Hope you drink enough water.
