    Oncycle diet - ok or not?

    I'm running Test E, EQ, Dbol & var, but am having weight gain issues (gained only 11lbs in 7 weeks). This is my current diet, should i change anything? It's not possible to follow it everyday but for the most part i follow it:

    Wake UP 10am - Meal 1: Milk, Cereals, Oat Meal, 1 Bagle
    + 1hr (11am) - Meal 2: 1 scoop Whey conc shake, 1 carrot
    + 1hr (12pm) - Meal 3: Brown rice/chicken/youghut
    + 1.3hrs (1:30) - Meal 4: 1 Bagle, 1 carrot, 1 scoop Whey conc shake
    + 1.3hrs (3:00) - Meal 5: Brown rice/chicken/youghut
    + 1.3hrs (4:30) - Meal 6: 1 protein bar (mlo 30gm protein/5gm creatine)
    + 1.3hrs (6:00) - Meal 7: 1 Bagle, 1 carrot, 1 scoop Whey conc shake OR (Big Mac & mc chicken)
    + 1.3hrs (7:30) - Meal 8: Brown rice/chicken/youghut or (1 scoop Whey conc shake)
    + 1.4hrs (9:15) - Meal 9: Brown rice/chicken/youghut or (3 sccops Whey gainer)
    WORKOUT // approx (1.3 to 2 hs)
    + 2:15hrs (11:30)-Meal 10: (2 Sccops whey gainer + 1 sccop whey Iso)
    + 45mins (12:15)-Meal 11: Brown rice/chicken/youghut
    + 1:15hrs (1:30) -Meal 12: French Toast (4 whole bread + 3 full eggs)\
    + 1 hr (2:30) -Meal13: 1 scoop whey Conc, 1 carrot
    Sleep

    I drink a glass of fat free milk every 2 hrs or so also. However water intake is low (around 2 liters only a day)

    Why do you have 13meals and more than half of your calories from protein powders? Why not go out into a field and just graze all day.

    There is no need for more than 6-8meals and you need to pick better food choices.

    Include macros and total calories too.

    In the Big Mac and McChicken meal, I would drop the carrot and replace it with a hot apple pie.

    I started out having a meal every 2.3 hrs, then changed to 2hrs, now changed to 1.3 hrs since my stomach always feels empty. Even after these meals, say after 20-25 mins or so I again feel empty so not sure if I am eating less or what. (even though I am shitting 3-4 times a day now!)Eitherways while juicing it's better to eat more anyways, right?

    Meal 8 & Meal 9 are usually rice/chicken/yoghurt, not the shakes. just have shakes the days I go to college (which is once a week!) And meal 7 is a big mac also when i go to college only. So on non college days I only have 3 sevings of shakes + the post workout shake.

    Total Calories = 3135 (only including the Bagles, Bread, Rice, Protein bar, Milk)
    So on top of this you add the calories from the Chicken, Youghut, Oat meal, cerelas, 3 full eggs, Carrots + the shakes.

    If you're feeling hungry then drink more water and eat some green vegetables like broccoli in between meals.
