    Tuna/mayo?

Whats up all? Havent really posted here in awhile since I took some time off from lifting but now I am back! Question,is tina with lite mayo ok for a pro/fat meal. Also, what are some good sources of fat to mix with my pro? I usually use efa with protein but I ordered some and havent to wait in the meantime. Thanks again! Good to see the board still going strong!

yes, miracle whip is fine to use. But mayo is fine too. Although if you are going to use mayo I would look on the label and make sure you get a brand that is made with canola oil instead of the other oil that most mayo is made with (I forget which kind) THere is a kind of mayo that kroger carries that is made with canola and flax oil....good stuff.

    miracle whip LIGHT-- 1tbsp 20 calories--. 1.5g fat-- 135mg sodium--2 carb-- 0 protein.

    made from - water,soybean oil,high fructose corn syrup,sugar,salt,mustard flour.....bla bla bla.....

tastes pretty good..i would say sweeter than mayo..I just dont like mayo anyway...
