My diet what do you think?
I know it's not the best but it's better than all that processed crap.
Meal 1
Muesuli type cereal called isostar
1 pint of semi-skinned milk
½ tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Meal 2 post workout
100g chicken
380ml lucozade
60g Whole-wheat pasta with grated cheese
½ tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Meal 3
100g chicken
2 slices Whole wheat bread
piece of friut
Meal 4
Protein shake
½ cup of oats with 180ml milk
300ml of milk
½ tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Meal 5 protein bar (150cals)
4 egg whites
1 egg yolk
Meal 6 ½ hour before bed
2 protein shakes
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2600 calories 210g protein, 264g carbs and 85g fat
not included grated cheese so probably about 2700 cals
I wanted flaxseed oil but couldn't find it so extra virgin olive oil was the next best thing.
