    Cutting Diet how does it look

    Im 31 195lb's 18% bf not on cycle now want to shed some bf before I start second cycle. looking to lose about 5% bf before bulking cycle. I do cardio everyday. How long do you guy's think it will take me to lose that 5%?

    8:30am Cardio (60 min.)

    (Meal 1) 1 chx breast & 1 bagel

    11:00am Workout (about 60 min)

    (Meal 2) PWO 40g whey protein

    (Meal 3) 5oz Sirloin Steak & 1/2 can of green beans & 1/4 cup rice

    (Meal 4) 1 chx breast & protein shake 20g & 1 tbsp of flax

    (Meal 5) 5oz Sirloin steak & 1/2 can of green beans

    (Meal 6) Protein shake 60g & 2 tbsp of flax



    It ends up being about 2550cals, 300g protein, 150g carbs, 70g fat

    diet looks overall pretty good I am running a similar diet right now + clen . I would look to ditch that bagel and maybe replace it with some brown rice or maybe a baked potato, there always good in the morning. Also I think PWO you should throw some carbs in there perhaps a sweet potato, baked potato ext. Try to stay away from carbs from breads. Also pre-workout meal try to throw a 1/2 cup veggies in there.

    Thanks Tbolz I'll give that a try bro!!! Not a fan of sweet potatos but love baked potatos
