    Please Give me help!!!

    Ok guys I try to eat and i love to eat lol but I am only 138 lbs at19 yoat 5"8and not gaining. I know I don't eat that much but it is mainly due to my hectic lifestyle. I am currently enroled in a pre-med program at UNO plus I work around 30 hours a week plus I have a girlfriend of 2 years. So I am allways on the go and I have protien shakes but I want real food. I was wandering if you guys have any helpfull tips on things I could cook for for on the go (in between classes, on the way to school....ect.)

    welcome bro. list your diet of what you're currently eating. I would forgo the shakes like you stated and take a cooler with ziplocks or whatever with grilled chicken/salmon/tuna/potatoes/rice. @ 138lbs you need to eat eat eat!!! good luck man
