Diet while on Clen???

This is my first time to use Clen . Can someone give me some diet and dosage tips that would maximize the effect of the Chen? I'm 5'8 & 180lbs.

As for diet you should be using the diet you are currently losing fat with. If you are not losing fat via diet at the moment then dont take clen until you are. There are no specific diet changes that make clen more effective but obviously clen will not work noticably with a diet high in cals or with sloppy macros.
