Find your BMR, and that will give you a start.

Say a bros BMR was for maintance levels were 2500. Keep in mind to gain a pound one must consume around 3500 cals.

So for that bro to gain one pound a week, he should consume 3000 cals a day, over a 7 day span he would have consumed 3500 cals.

For that bro to lose a pound, he would need to only consume 2000 cals a day, over a 7 day span he would have lost one pound.

However when one is on AAS, calorie intakes should be bumped higher than normal (if bulking), instead of bumping up only 500 cals a day, bump up 1500 cals this coupled w/ AAS usage will yield great gains.

Same goes for cutting, when on AAS, calorie intake should be cut down lower, way below maintence levels, since one is on AAS one doesnt need to worry about muscle loss.

*This may not fit your needs exactly bro, i would suggest you find your BMR, sit down and make a diet plan, and post it for further advice*

You put things into your body without knowing how to utilize them first?

    Smart.
