Question regarding chicken
I start my bulking cycle on Monday and I am consuming chicken as part of my meal plan. What I want to know is after I have cooked my chicken breast for example, thye weight will have changed,so how do I know how much protein it has in it. Is their a ratio ? Also, how do you prepare your chicken to take to work if you plan on eating it cold ?

200g raw breast chicken gives you 40g protein.
work from there.

You could also buy and inexpensive food scale.
This one is only $8.00

so,if 200g raw chicken gives you 40g of protein, how much protein is in it once it has been cooked ?

40gms. we are not expected to eat raw chicken so i assume the macros are correct taking cooking into consideration.
