    Question regarding chicken

I start my bulking cycle on Monday and I am consuming chicken as part of my meal plan. What I want to know is after I have cooked my chicken breast for example, thye weight will have changed,so how do I know how much protein it has in it. Is their a ratio ? Also, how do you prepare your chicken to take to work if you plan on eating it cold ?

You could also buy and inexpensive food scale.

    This one is only $8.00

40gms. we are not expected to eat raw chicken so i assume the macros are correct taking cooking into consideration.

You would have 40g, the only thing that would change would be the mass (200g). When cooked, moisture would be driven off reducing mass number. How much I don't know. Weigh chicken before and after cooking to determine.
