Pre contest diet
I am 7 weeks out and around 8% and still use 0% fat live yoghurt and weightwatchers low fat cheese (which is 36g protein, 0g carbs, 2g fat per 100g). do you reckon I can continue doing this or do you think it is too counterproductive considering its dairy? If you believe it is counterproductive can you give reasons as I seem to be doing fine?

it makes me look smooth but i am allergic to dairy so I cant even have it in a bulk. Maybe quite a lot of people have an allergy and have negative affects from it too. My friend eats dairy year round and maintains very low BF and great condition. Whatever works for you....

i ask the quetion because live yoghurt realy helps my digestion .......when bulking my stomach maintain a 32 inch without fluctuating and never felt bloated and never got any wind!
Now am on my diet the high protein to carb ratio normaly messes up my digestion which made it hard to train , but now i have live yoghurt while dieting I have no problem!
And using wieght watchers cheese makes egg white omlette realy nice and dieting alot easier!
