hi :)
im woundering how i should plan my diet i think its tricky because i work night
i begin at 22:30 and finish work 06:15 and i wake up 14:00 and then i go to the gym how should i plan my meals could someone help me im very greatful if somone can help me thanks or u can add me on msn if u want and talk there [email protected] thanks for the help

plan it like everyone else..all u do is change the times. instead of 8am breakfast u have 9pm breakfast etc
