    plz help.......need to lose weight.......plz fill me in

    right now i am 5"11 and my weight is 224.........i want to go down to 170-180.........but i would like to be at this weight by a little into june.......i am going to be honest.. i am not that informed with how to lose weight....u know as in wat to eat and so on.........wat suplements would be best???i have heard of terazen.....would any 1 prefer that? any help is gteatly apreciated

    start reading posts if you want to lose it that bad you should be an expert by morning. thats really the only way. there are several good posts in ref to this topic. Search for what ever your looking for by now surly there is an explaination for almost anything.

    alot of weight to lose in that time frame, but it's possible.

    well i dont want this to get complicated either........a game plan was

    mentioned...i dont know where to start at to get this goal in time.......can

    any 1 help with making a diet list of what would be best to eat and what

    special activities as in exercises would be best for losing weight...i am going

    to start taking tetrazine (witch i heard is really good)..and doing cardio

    everyday as in running a lifting weights with less weight in order to do more

    reps ...............also can steroids help burn fat???

    you should really read the link i posted in my last post, that way you will at least have a basic understanding of what your body needs to do to lose bodyfat. it also explains what foods are good, why they are good, and when you should eat them. if you don't even have the motivation to read a couple paragraphs you probably wont be able to follow any kind of diet.

    shape up soldier and we'll try to meet halfway, just read as much of that post as you can, make up a simple diet and i will help you make corrections on it and explain to you why the corrections are being made. i'm far from knowing everything but i do know the basics and that is all you need to change your body, whether you're trying to gain weight or lose weight. its 5% very basic knowledge and 95% dedication. DO IT FOR SPARTA!!!

    WTF!!! as a spartan warrior we were taught never to retreat, never to surrender, and to have a nutritious diet planned out so we can maintain our sexy abs. i think you should have been pitched over the cliff when you were a baby.

    just make it up like this according to your schedule, basically you want some slow burning carbs (oats, rice...) and a good, lean protein source (lean meat, egg whites...) with each meal and you want to eat a small meal every 3-4hours to keep your metabolism up. also add some veggies throughout the day (broccoli, carrots, spinich...), and you don't need to count the veggies towards your total macros.

    wake up 6:00 - 45min cardio on empty stomach

    7:00 - oatmeal, 8 egg whites with 1 yolk,
    40g carbs, 30g protein, 5g fat, 325calories.

    10:00 - can tuna with 30g carbs from rice?...
