Carbohydrate timing with a workout
Just thought I'd ask here if anyone has any peer-reviewed journal articles on taking in carbs pre and post workout. Also things like taking it in a solid or liquid form, what type of sugar, etc. I'm doing a project for my sports/exercise nutrition class and was just wondering if anyone had anything to help me out. Thanks!

BlueCollar24-- I can't help you unfortunately but there are many intelligent guys on here that know a lot and can offer a lot.. and some ladies too.. Just wanted to say I like your Icon, cracked me up..and good luck with the project..
