    Cutting question?

    Well as some of you know I'm running clen with a strict cutting 6 meal a day diet. I'm on my second week with through the roof progress. Now I'm wondering I have whey protein that I mix 2 tablespoons ANPB and 1000mg flax seed as a pre-bed meal. How bad is it that I'm using whey in stead of a more slow absorbing protein? any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Its not bad at all that you have been using whey. glad to hear about your progress with clen . I will be running it for the first time during my upcoming precontest diet.

    Its not horrendous but its not optimal. Whey will be absorbed, digested and emptied in a very short period of time. Its preferable to consume a slower digesting protein(i.e, casein, egg) in conjunction with some fat to slow the gastric emptying.

    Personally I dont rely on supplements whatsoever, hence I make my own based on pasturized eggwhites and cottage cheese.
