    Diet Good Enough?

    3 days into my cycle of 75mg Tren A 100mg Test Prop and 100mg Test E ED.....my diet is lookin like this....

    5:30am - 12 Egg whites, bowl of oatmeal, glass of milk

    8:30am - Protein Shake w/fruit

    10:30am - 16oz of steak/chicken/turkey with a cup of brown rice

    12:30pm - 2 cans of Tuna, 2 slices of wheat bread, veggies

    2:30pm - Whey Protein shake, w/fruit

    4:30pm - 16oz of steak/chicken/turkey with a cup of brown rice

    6:30pm - Workout

    8:30pm - PWO shake

    10:30pm - Whey Protein shake b4 bed

    honestly thats quite a horrible diet..
    firstly i dont think ur ready for aas, and you are FAR FAR to dependent upon shakes. this will become a huge hinderence later on for sure when u platue.

    and a whey shake before bed? not doing much there .. whey is so readily broken down that it is more often used as energy than as a protein source for anabolism. i give that diet a D- at its best and u only have one serving of veggies.. got alot of work ahead of ya bub.

    Replace your PPWO (night time shake) shake with a solid meal. taiboxa is right about the amount of shakes.. half of your meals are from shakes. You are not going to grow off of protein powder.

    Not good, split your 16oz portions of meat over the rest of your meals and drop the shakes. Then repost and we'll hopefully find out what your goals are since you didn't mention what you're trying to accomplish.
