Changing diet for good. Need to get diet checked by some experts

My current diet is fair, but there is always room for improvement. So i wanted to change my diet a bit, so that it gets healthier and i on a longterm basis produce better results.
Besides i don't wanna run into diabetis when not even being 30years yet.. That is too much for my mind to deal with, so i decided to change for good.

wouldnt that ycle be best utilized for cutting? I know anything can be used anytime....but better bulking properties with other compunds, no?

if i wanted to cut i'd do var with prop..

Tren has so many great benefits, that it surely can make one grow a lot of quality muscle.. Masteron and tren as a combo should help keeping the fat of the body.. Plus i have a lot of mates who have been bulking on tren with amazing results..

Will add some more carbs, will add some fruits there..

Why shouldn't i seperate? everyone is preaching macro separation on this board?

Everyone is preaching it? Or used to?

I have that tren , mast, pro blend....but I think it'll shred me on a low cal diet.....not bulking..and var is too expensive for the benefits...

Toss in some pb, bread and a banana...or a few....maybe 1 in first meal one post workout....
