Calories in Herbal Teas????
Some herbal teas have such ingredients as "natural fudge glavour" or cocoa extract ect. None of them have any calorific info though.

PB, you are right.
Real tea being natural that you make yourself has 0 calories or less the <2 cals. In other words green tea and brown tea and the likes. When you sweeten tea or make english tea you are adding ingredients and hence calories. The same goes with the tea "drinks".
I drink green tea once in a while for health benefits, albeit it remains 100% natural I may drink english tea once in a while but add sucralose.

I do not add anything to the tea apart from hot water. So I am wondering what the cal breakdown looks like? Does the flavour in the hot water = cals?

Yeah to my knowledge, tea in its natural state has close to zero cals. The flavours added and/or sweetners could add Cals unless of course you use something like sucralose.

Tea has virtually no calories (there are some amounts of trace macronutrients as far as I know) in black/green/white/oolong standard tea. The herbal teas are mostly the same, but some may have a minute amount. Its probably not significant as the body probably burns more caloriese digesting it than it will ever get from what is in it...
