FLA in 10 weeks
Im goin on Vaca in a lil more then 10 weeks. I just ordered some Clen and Taurine. As Lame as this sounds, I need the best possible regiment for cutting. Right now, ive been eating healthier and doin cardio.
I dont know if I should just stick with my cardio and just do light core workouts or do intervals of lifting and cardio every other day.
On a perfect day my routine looks like this:
7 am - Oatmeal w/ rasins
10 am - protein shake
1230 pm - Turkey sandwich or something like that
300 pm - Protein shake
600 pm - Workout - Cardio, Jump rope, boxing
800 - PWO - Protein Shake, Bananna
1100 pm - Bed
Help is def. needed and appreciated. Thanks!

Florida is going to be HOT in 10 weeks! Winters there are perfect...70-80 deg all day... Anyway, have a good time on the beach bro!
Add a little good fat to the pro shakes. This will make it a meal replacement. I think flax oil is a good idea. You need good fats to lose fat.

A lot of people will preach no shakes. Whey is a proven good sorce of protine with a great amino acid profile. When added with good fats it slows down the asorbtion which is vital for a good meal replacement.
Many BB’s incorporate shakes in a diet with great success.

i agree that shakes can be beneficial.....but NOT 3 in a day when there is really only one real meal...& even that one meal isnt great........a turkey sandwich (or something like that??) c-mon....if you want results, you need to ge a REAL diet & get serious about it.

I see nothing wrong with 2 quality meal replacement shakes (whey/flax) and 1 pwo shake. I don’t practice it, I maybe have one shake a day, but I have in the past with good results. I do believe solid food is better, it just makes sence.
Yes he is not eating much, but remember, he wants to be shredded in 10 weeks.
You should add pro to your morning meal, add a pwo meal at about 8:30, and a very very small pro meal before bed.

10 weeks is a good amount of time to get a GOOD diet in place...with what he posted up there , he's not even breaking 1300 calories & will starve himself...he should be getting 6 meals in & depending on his stats....about 2200-2500 cals....250+ pro 150 carbs 50fat--depending on his stats..
growingmuscle--you are actually kinda agreeing with his approach?? c-mon

I have never seen a diet that bad, no matter what he will lose a lot of muscle! You will have to allot more than that if you want to keep anything, not only that, you will also gain allot of fat when you are finished with your diet! Thats the wrong way to lose fat my friend, in with allot of chicken and not as much powder..
