weight loss question
ive read a few times when cutting u shouldnt lose more than 2 pounds a week and if u do some would be muscle. so my question is, is that also the case if ur running a cut cycle like tren A test P var winny and clen or does it not matter if ur on cycle or NOT when ur cutting u should still only lose 2 pounds per week? thanx

I always thought that was the average to lose naturally...
I could very well be wrong though.

it varies, on steroids it helps with nitrogen retention therefore making it harder to be in a catabolic state that will burn muscle

Why would you want to lose weight on a cycle like that? Id rather increase muscle mass and decrease BF or at least keep it constant. The increased muscle mass in turn will burn more calories.

it all d e p ends on how you lose the weight, if you have a good diet and you do cardio at 60%-70% max heart rate you can lose more than 2 lbs a week without it being muscle

you dont moniter your heart rate when you do cardio?

no its not but if you are above that range you are going to be burning muscle and fat instead of just muscle so when doing hiit your heart rate is most likely above that range
