Diet help for cycle
1-14 Letrozole
1-4 Dbol 50mg ed (might do it for 6 weeks)
1-14 Sust 250 800mg ew
8-14 Winstrol 50mg ed
10-18 Drostanalone Propionate (Masteron ) 400 mg ew
Would it be a bad idea to go on a bulking diet (not like a hardcore one) for the first two months
Then finish up the cycle with a cutting diet
Or should I do a maintanence diet the first two months then a cutting diet
or a cutting diet straight through
I want to bulk up the first two months, but not so much that I can't get lean enough right after
I'm currently about 200 pounds and like 14% body fat
I plan on starting in a few weeks so hopefully I'll be able to go to the beach late July
One member of the board recommended I just do a 3000 calorie a day or less diet straight through
Input would be much appreciatedLast edited by mrsocks; 04-08-2007 at 04:08 PM.

What is your current maintenance caloric needs?
The answer to that question will answer the rest of your questions about your diet and how many calories should be consumed to achieve what you're after.

should I change it progressively as I lose or gain weight
or keep it the same throughout

You'd want to figure out your maintenance first before you do anything, seems as if you haven't gotten this far yet, so start there.

3104? What formula did this come from?
I'm sorry you'll need to eat a specific amount of calories say for a month after recording your weight and bodyfat before and after, then make minor adjustments while keeping accurate recordings. Normally this process will take around 6-8wks to figure it out within 50calories or so, but then you have many factors which can throw it off (weather temperature, daily activities, workout intensity etc)..
I'm not sure if your maintenance would be 3100 considering that is my maintenance and I'm 225lbs around 12%bodyfat with a relatively fast metabolism. That puts me holding approx 30lbs more actual muscle tissue.
I'd start at say 2700-2800 for 3-4wks and see how your weight fluctuates. No shakes, all solid foods so you get an accurate measurement of calories consumed.

I did 16 x my current weight
anyways it's been over 2 weeks already, and i went from 205 to 195 doing an average of 3000 calories a day
However I have been doing a little cardio, and I don't usually do cardio, but it's like once a week
I'm gonna just stop doing cardio, and see what happens I guess
Passover didn't help either, but I'm able to go out, and eat normal food
and at home I'm having enough carbs I just can't have bread or oatmeal or rice at home So I've been eating wheat cereal sweet potatoes fruit and matzahLast edited by mrsocks; 04-10-2007 at 11:02 AM.

10 lbs in 2 weeks sounds like your starving yourself. It will go back as soon as you pick up a correct diet. Unless you were eating like 6000 cals a day im curious as to how you dropped that much in two weeks just lowering cals.

Well I wasn't measuring my caloric intake until 2 weeks ago
I've been going to fitday.com and making sure I didn't eat over 3000 calories
and I've been doing a little cardio I usually don't do any
I was eating alot before I started measuring them though
I'm pretty sure it was mostly my stomache though not muscle, but it's still upsetting when I weigh myselfLast edited by mrsocks; 04-10-2007 at 06:21 PM.

List your 3000calorie diet, if you lost 10lbs in two weeks the majority was either water or muscle tissue.
