    Carb cycling

Wuz up fellas. I wanted to know; when carb cycling is it better to have more carbs they day before you train hard and then the day you train hard just have carbs before and after training or is it better to carb up the day that you will be training and then cut carbs lower the days you don't! I would appreciate some help with this!

the carbs you eat today are fuel for your workout tomorrow. and that isn't carb cycling.

I was under the impression that having lower carbs one day and higher the other was cycling. I will do a search and research more.

it is. but the way your talking about isn't considered cycling. carb cycling is a type of dieting.

I want to cycle my carbs as my diet plan but I want to get the most benefits from the days I have more. That is why I wanted to know which days it would help me more on the day before or the day after.

ok, carb cycling is used after you established baseline diet and are sticking to it regularly. after you do this for awhile and the body gets use to it. then you start cycling.
    this is from another post.

here is a little bit from the book, everything you need to know about fat loss.
after you have established a base diet, reduce carbs by 40% for 3-5 days, then on the 4th or 6th day increase carbs by 15%.

example normal carb intake 280, 40% is 168 15% more is 322 carbs

    hope this helps.
