    Online Diarys and workout logs

    Does anyone know any good sites that you can put your info in like what foods you like and what not and it will develope a plan for you?

    I recently signed up for the mens health online trainer because i thought it would be cool to keep a log, have someone develope diet and what not. I am not a newb to dieting so I do have some background and success doing it but when I saw ham and what not I started to get nervous. lol

    Anyway does anyone know a service like this??? Cool theory but mens health doesn't allow you to choose your foods and I have a list of things I eat.

    Does Fitday develope the program for you? Or do you have to do your own work?

    You put in your meals (which they have dropdowns and you can make your own) and you put in your calorie output, and they have some tables and analysis and such. They don't develop any program for you.
