    LBM Macros?

    can somebody help me out on the amount of macros (p/c/f) a person should have a day for trying to gain around 15lbs of lbm. stats are 6'O"
    165lbs right now looking to put on 10-15lbs of muscle. aslo, cycling with test/deca and taking l-dex for bloat. I really just need the total macros that should be consumed every day to reach this goal. THANX

    i have done many hours of research for myself, however this question comes from a friend, who just started his cycle and wants to get the most out of it with a strict diet to gain 10-15lbs of LBM.

    Its just numbers you have to calculate, its just a simple linear mathematical formula. There are even simple calculators for that. Just use the variables you provided.

    Why is your friend even using steroids ?

    should he have around 300g of good carbs or more/less? whats a good number for fats needed? and i already know the protein needed (1.5g per pound)

    protein=1-2g/lb
    carbs=2-3g/lb

    p/c/f = 30/50/20 go find the total calorie calculator and use this ratio to break it down.
