I do not. But I do not take in dangerous amounts of water either. I spread my water intake out over the day.

X2 i was under the impression that the lower amount of sodium in your body, the better. and the lower amount of sodium you take in the more vasculin you are. correct???

don't forget that sodium is absolutely necessary. the lower not necessarily the better. if you are getting on stage, there are strict guidelines used to help you reduce your sodium for competition, but no longer than necessary.

as far as adding sodium, i eat a lot of tuna, chicken which has a lot of sodium in it. but in reality if you are eating a selection of proteins throughout the day, you will be fine.
