From what I can tell looks pretty good....if you want to make it easier on us try posting the total macros of each meal so we can get an idea of how much your taking in each meal.

If you are going for a lean bulk it is suggested you stay away from diary although I think I read skim milk is ok but other than that it looks ok.

    thanks guys. Anyone other comments?

Kennedy - Yeah I figured since I was bulking, dairy wouldn't be a big deal. Plus I'm doing cardio at least 3 days a week, which should help keep extra fat off.

natural - I was thinking the same thing about the last two meals. Making the 10:00 a regular lean meat/flax meal, and pushing the 10:00 meal to 12:00...

Why so high macros especially the cals? Also look into the protein and carbs. If you're contemplating >5000 lbs I could only venture a guess that it wont be very lean. Try to keep the diet simple and consistant man.

I like the layout and the food choices. Cals may need adjusting as you go if you gain fat.

Kennedy - all my cycle info is here, going to log it once I start the first shot.. Go time - TBol/Test E/Test Prop Log

Prada - Cals are high as I have been eating 4k cals for a couple months now and weight has not moved. I am going to get at least 3 to 4 days of cardio throughout the week to try and hold off extra fat.

Kevin - What do you suggest then? Increasing carbs even more?

Beast - Thanks, I def. respect your opinion around here.

What do you guys do on lower carb days to hit your cals? Eat more of a keto diet I am guessing?
