    BF Question

I dont know if this is exactly the right forum for this thread but i guess its the closest to it. Ill try to incorporate diet as much into as I can to stay on forum topic...

Ok so... I dont know exactly what my BF is... I weigh 192 with a 34 inch waist...
Ive looked all over for a BF calculator and Ive gotten 13 16 and 17%. Ill go with the 16 percent.

Anyways... how many lbs of fat would I have to lose in order to get down to 10-12%. Im assuming I have 30lbs of BF.

Im waiting for lions to fix his mess over at ar-r .com so i can finally get the clenbuterol i ordered. So would would taking Clen along with a good diet get me down to 10-12% BF by say... June If I started monday?

If you 16% at 192 you have a total of 32 1/2 lbs of fat. That means you weigh with out any fat 160lbs. and 12% fat to that is 179lbs. So if you loose 0 muscle to be at 12% you would weigh 179

General rule of thumb is that for every 3500 calories defecit you will loose 1lb of fat. So if your doing enough cardio and you eat a clean controlled diet, I'd say 1lb a week is easily attainable maybe more. If you crash diet you'll probably loose alot more muscle mass (which will in turn alter your BF%).

So ***ending on your diet/cardio I'd guess at 13 weeks, maybe as quick as 8 weeks. I'm currenly dropping 1lb per week Just by removing 500cals of afternoon carbs, no real effort required.

Everyone is different brother...Like vader said @ 1-2 lbs a week consistently youll drop 20 lbs in around 10-12 weeks, with the clen , youll be able to bring your cals a little lower without loosing as much mass so id say around 10 weeks...

Just go for it bro, youll get there! Post up a log if you need any help...

Why not do a cutting cycle. Add some Test P with Tren Ace and go real low calorie with lots of cardio and not have to worry about losing any muscle at all, in fact you'll able to gain some. Or are you not doing cycles yet or on a break because you did a cycle recently?
