why do people call it tuna fish? why not just tuna? you don't say tilapia fish, or halibut fish, right? i can understand catfish, but why tuna fish?
as for whether or not it's okay to add that stuff, i think it ***ends on when you eat it, and how you split your carbs/proteins/fats

So...I am the only person that actually enjoys eating tuna? I eat it with hot sauce or put it over a salad.

Actually I was eating a big can when I was reading this thread and found some balsamic vinegar in the cabinet. It was pretty good. Kinda cancelled out the fishy taste. Hot sauce sounds interesting too. Gotta try that.

Yeah I hear ya. When I'm training I'm not really thinking about the taste as much as nutritional value. It does help though if it's pallitable.

As a poor college student the tuna is definitely a cornerstone of my diet since it is cheap as hell. I really like it plain. Just drain a few cans and dump it in a bowl and chow down. The smell isn't the greatest but I find it pretty tasty!

it's definitely hard to beat with the nutritional value weighed against cost.

Sometimes is can be the brand of tuna, some cheap stuff tastes like cat food. I tend to have it with mayo as pro/fat meal with abit of sweetcorn. YUmm

I don't see why there's any problem with FF sour cream and salsa. Salsa is great for dieting.

Wanna know how I feel about Tuna?
**** Tuna!
I have been drinking my Tuna for a long time now. I am probably going back to 2 cans a day because of the cost of other protein sources.***No source checks!!!***
