    Interesting diet question

im doing my pct right now after finishing up a Test E and winny cycle. I have started clen to get cut up. what diet do you guys think i should follow? Many have suggested keeping cals high to retain gains from cycle, but I want to get cut. I am doing cardio about 5 times a week, and keeping training to fullest intensity.

Cardio 5 times a week, and cutting cals is a recipe for disaster, IMO...

Keep the clen , as its a very strong anti-catabolic agent, but keep the cardio low and the clean calories HIGH...unless you want to wither away and loose all of your gains...

timing your PCT into the summer probably wasn't the greatest idea. Good Luck!

I agree with above but not 100%. IMO, It really ***ends on your metabolism and any increased length of cardio that you do. If you adjust your calorie intake through pct, be slow and careful. Give your body time to adjust. If your strength drops too much its a sign that youre cutting back too much. Im on cycle right now and will be in pct in June. I could care less, as BB is a lifestyle, not a seasonal thing.

To each their own...I personally like to peak every summer, so i bulk and cut natty all year and only jump on gear during the summer...

Bottom line, if you are interested in retaining gains, you have to stay in a relatively high calorie enviornment to prevent catobolism... Unlike when your hormones are in check when you go into a calorie defecit during PCT your body will not burn fat for energy it will destroy muslce to refill its glycogen stores...(I think its around 7gs of muscle to produce 1g of glycogen!)

If your trying to just look cut then clean up the diet and do the low intensity cardio as stated above...Eat a clean high calorie diet and keep your macros in check, you should be able to maintain a majority of muscle without gaining body fat...notice I didnt say loosing.

But to be totally honest, trying to lean up while maintaining your new mass during PCT is an unreasonable goal and I think many others would agree. Its hard enough to maintain mass in a HIGH calorie diet let alone trying to cut!
