Need advice on diet major fat loss needed!
I have looked at different diets but I have a particular situation and it requires that my diet works no matter what.
I am one of those people that can put on fat very quickly and very easily.
I also have a very sedentary job where i sit in a desk 8 hours a day.
Now a week ago I decided that I had to do something and here is why.
I am 40 years old. My health is not great. I have sleep apnea and I have to use a machine to breath at night when I sleep. ( IT SUCKS)
It makes me wake up every night several times. I never get good sleep
and I am worried if I do not lose weight my heart and life could be in serious
jepordy
I got it real bad when I weighed 255
Now I weighed my self and I weigh 274 and I am 6'1 and 1/2 inches tall
I got my fat checked with calibrations today by a trainer at a gym
and he said that I am 200 lbs of bone muscle and organs everything except fat which means I need to be at around 205 to 210 to be at my ideal weight.
When I get to this weight I am sure my sleep apnea will be gone.
Now I know some people will say that I can be 220 or whatever and that I do not need to drop that much. I am not a competitive bodybulider obviously.
However the ONLY thing I care about is getting my health back and keeping
the majority of muscle that I have.
For the last week I have gotten up everyday at 630 am and hit the gym with 45 minutes of cardio and weights on all the muscle groups once a week.
My diet is in the formation stage.
I ate a Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich and side salad with vinegar dressing for lunch for breakfast.
I had two protein shakes in the afternoon that had together 90 grams of protein.
For dinner I had a turkey sandwich a banana and some gatorade.
Now this weekend I am putting together a diet where I will take my food
to work and have everything planned ahead of time.
I HAVE TO LOSE 60 POUNDS in the next six months and i am willing to do whatever it takes.
Any suggestions as to what type of diet would suit my situation best?

read the diet sticky its called "UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet..."
I'm not sure anyone will put a diet together for you for FREE, but they will offer you some advice once you get a diet together. Please include the Macros, as well.
