Diet Spreadsheet
I have been fooling around with my diet and put together an excel spreadsheet with my main sources of carbs/protein/fats. I can just cut and past different foods into my daily diet planner and come up with totals for cals and macro nutrients. It took me a while to put it together and I though it may be usefull to anyone who is putting a diet together.
I can't figure out how to attach an excell spreadsheet so if anyoen wants it, shoot me a pm.

Basically, the spreadsheet contains all of the foods that I normally eat with macro's divided into three major catagories, carbs, proteins and fats. I also have some preset meals that I regularly eat already put together. The second page includes a list of each hour in the day and has a place to put in the different foods. It then totals your cals and macros at the bottom.
You can use the spreadsheet to put together a set diet to stick to every day or simply use it to log the food you eat every day. The macro information is from the containers of the food I eat and also from a calorie and nutrition almanac. If you eats foods that are not listed, you can simply add them to the spreadsheet.

I would appreciate any feedback from those of you who have received it. Its really pretty simple but I think it will save me time as I fine-tune my diet and create diets for clients. Let me know what other foods you think I should add.

I put one together 2 months ago. My diet was always in check, but I never had it down to the macro. I even weigh the food I can't measure. It's def given me a better understanding of how my body reacts, such as maintenance levels. The only thing I haven't measured was bodyfat. I'm lean anway, but I wish I would have taken measurements to see how much of the weight I lost was muscle vs. fat. Great idea though!

My apologies to those that it took me a while to get the spreadsheet to. I believe everyone who sent me their email address should have it now. I am constantly adding to it so it is about twice the size of the original ones I sent out. Basically, I just use it to track my cals/macronutrients throughout the day.

I had a computer meltdown on me and dont have a copy of this spreadsheet I created anymore. For those who want it, you might check with someone I already sent it to.
