Cycle and Caloric needs
How much should I increase my caloric intake while im on a cycle? I'm currently eating about 350 prot 550 carbs and 125-150 fat daily and weigh about 245

a good rule of thumb that most people follow is 1.5-2 g protein/lb and 3g carbs/lb and 22cal/lb. I think u wanna try and get a good bit of carbs in with ur breakfast so u can fuel urself better that way from what i've read. I usually rotate a solid meal with a weight gainer drink in between right now I used ISS gainer and its really good as far as nutrition content goes. I also drink a muscle milk shake before bed to keep feeding my muscles while I sleep. But thats just a rule of thumb like I said some people prefer higher some lower, but u don't wanna go too high on protein or u'll run the risk of having kidney problems and u need to drink a good bit of water too to help u flush that protein buildup out

yeah water intake is good and i pound it all the time... my only concern is i've read that if you go through a cycle without sufficient calories theres a risk of developing hypo-glycemia.... i was just wondering if there was a good percentrage increase or if its simply listening to your body because even 2 days after my first shot my appetite has already skyrocketed.
