    Chunky Soup?

Is Chunky soup an "ok" to throw into a diet for bulking? Or it is not as healthy as they make it seem/

it ***ends which one you're talking about..... Every one of them has too much sodium per serving in my opinion. Almost 1000mg per serving!!! That's sooo much to me. Also none of them are very rich in protein and lots of them have lots of fats.... Which ones are you talking about in particular?

It is not the most healthy thing I would agree, but some of them are decent in a pinch. I think it is better to eat something not so great then to skip out on a meal. And you know the old saying " soup is good food".

Increase your h20 intake if sodium is an issue to you.

I thought the same about the sodium in them. The ones I was thinking of were the Sirloin Burger, and Spicey chicken with sausage. Thanks for your input.!
