Post workout carbs
After I workout I have 100g of maxey maize starch and 50g of whey protein. It takes me about an hour to get home from the gym so I was thinking of having my meal at the gym,pro/carb. I had been having oates when I got home so what could I replace it with ? Would wholegrain bread do the job or is their something more suitable. I'm No expert on the GI of foods to be honest Guy's.

I go straight to work after the gym and that is about the same time frame it takes me, meaning around an hour. So as long as you have your shake, a meal an hour later isnt very bad.
WW bread, WW pasta or brown rice are all okay. I personally have brown rice and lean meat, e.g Chicken Breast
