    carbs after 6

    They say to cut carbs out after 6 but i finish my training session around 7-7.30 so should i still take in my carbs at that time as i will need them.

    You're good to go. Take in the carbs post workout, bro.

    No carbs after 6 is a b.s. myth.

    Concentrate on total daily macros, so how those specfic carbs fit within your whole diet.

    i just stick to the no carbs before bed I always eat carbs after six though

    Yeah, it also ***ends what time you go to bed at.

    well I'm carb sensitive so you could imagine what carbs + bed time would do to me
