    Smile Bulking Diet Critique Please

    Hi guys,
Im new to this forum and looking for diet critique/advice.
I have 2 years inconsistant on-and-off weight training experiance. Last year i took up marathon running and competed. This left me looking kinda skinny! So anyway, ive given up marathon running and decided to focus on weight training.
I plan to spend the next 12 weeks bulking up with the aim of increasing my bodyweight by 2lb per week and would appreciate any advice on my proposed diet plan:

    Age: 25
    Height: 5'6"
    Weight: 140lbs / 64kg
    Bodyfat: 10% - 12% (rough guess)
Weight training frequency: 1 day on, 1 day off

    1) Oatmeal + Whey Protein + Sport Drink (Pro:50g Carb:80 Fat:5)

    * Workout *

    2) Rice + Chicken + Udo's Oil + Sport Drink (Pro:50g Carb:50 Fat:15)

    3) Rice + Chicken + Udo's Oil (Pro:50g Carb:50 Fat:15)

    4) Pasta + Tuna + Mixed Veg + Udo's Oil (Pro:50g Carb:50 Fat:15)

    5) Pasta + Tuna + Mixed Veg + Udo's Oil (Pro:50g Carb:50 Fat:15)

    6) Protein Bar + Mixed Nuts (Pro:30g Carb:30 Fat:10)

    Calories: 3035
    Protein: 280
    Carbs: 310
    Fat: 75g

I appreciate any feedback or advice you guys have on the diet plan.
    Thanks Guys

carbs look way to low for a bulk. Drop the pro bar they are nothing but candy with added crap protein and chemicals. swap for steak or cottage cheese as last meal.

thro in some roast beef and spinnach, and some potatoes. They are perfect for anyone who wants to bulk. At least twice a week plus the above.
