    what ou think of this?

    Ok i have a m8 thats -age-18 bf-13% height-6'2 weight -192lbs
    He is tryin to bulk up but keep in shape as much as possible so this is the diet he planned, where do u think it needs changes-

    8.30- 3 egg omelet, 2 pices of toast, pint of milk

    11.00- 2 chicken breast, 100g brown rice

    1.30- 200g fish, potatoes, veg

    4.00- 4 eggs, cheese, pint milk

    train at 6-7

    7.30-2 chicken breasts, 50g white rice

    10.30- 2 scopps whey made with milk

    I was thinking turn meal 3 into pro&fat and have meal 3 as meal
    4. But im not sure with the breakfast if he has that as porridge what can he have with it as he dont have much money to have protein shake with that aswell.

    Post the macros man. To much milk and change the white rice for brown. Have the whey PWO and have a meal as the last meal. Assuming toast is WW?

    if his trying bulk up. its ok.
    the milk is ok. but let him use skim or no fat milk. if he is trying bulk but yet stay in shape..
    maybe instead of toast. have oatmeal.

    ok thanks. collar is the milk ok before bed aswell or should it be water?

    well if his trying bulk.
    no fat or skim milk can work.

    i prefer water. so theres no stored fat in any way.
    but he most definitely can, if he uses the right milk.
