    Need a Stable Diet

    Hi guys,

I've haven't worked out now for about 14 months and my diet is shit. (Mainly fast food)

I work 13 hour night shifts most of the week, starting at 18:00 & finishing at 07:00. I get home at 08:00 and wake up at about 14:00. So just find it easier make sandwiches in the house and grab a McDonalds for my lunch at work.

I've never taken gear before and am not planning to for a long while.

My stats are: 21 yo - 5"9 - down to around 70 lb now.

I'm not looking to get super big, just back in shape again. I'm going to start working out again late next week and am currently loading on creatine, I also have whey protein on hand. Can anyone give me a decent realistic diet plan that fits in to my work life?

    Thanks,
    ML

Check the primers at the top. I hope you meant 170 and not 70.

    Yeah me too.

    I meant 70 kilos. That's 154 pounds I believe.

Check the primers at the top. No one is going to construct you a diet for free.
