    - Get rid of the starches. Try getting rid of the orange juice, the sugar won't do you any favors if you're cutting.

Seriously that diet is.....really feeble man. There aren't really minor adjustments to make the whole diet needs to be revamped.
The cutting sticky will help you. Good luck

That cutting sticky while informative... is very vague... According to that diet im actually doing pretty well. I got less than 50g of fat a day... Not that much sugar... but not that high in protein... i only eat abbout 150-200g of protein a day

I'd take in more than 50g of fat a day. Prada is right, the diet needs ALOT of work.

Yes, bump the cardio up, try and do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach if possible.

Dont get caught up in comparing numbers form the stickey...that diet isn't designed for you. Just gotta find what works for you and what you want to achieve.

What are your stats and goals?

Hey dude I've done lots of research before starting my bulking diet and posted it up and still had to totally revamp it. Check out the cutting sticky and use the FORMAT of the diet not the numbers. Find your BMR and use the Harris Benedict formula to find out your base.

Now for dropping weight you need to be below that and bulking you need to be above, get the drift. Ok hope your still with me. Albeit I know many of us go to school work take care of the kids etc etc butttttt you really can't substitute real food with MRP's Protein shakes.

For example your breakfest is going to be where a majority of your carbs will be consumed for the WHOLE DAY. Make it good, eat oats, plain oats some hard boiled eggs or egg whites for protein and if you still want to drink the protein shake go for it

Anyway you get the point, replace that bagel with tuna and some salad and veggies. Like the rest of the guys said check out the cutting sticky and you'll be all set.

By the way what is your PWO meal? It really needs to be high in (good) carbs and protein, this is the second most carb meal you should have in a cutting diet and from the looks of it not one of those meals are suitable for PWO nutrition IMO......thats about it. Anway I'm rambling good luck.

p.s. Stop going by a scale... They never seem to make anyone happy with their results...

Go with pictures/how your clothes fit/the mirror... and so forth.

Unless you're trying to hit a weight for athletics/armed services... are you?
